HULL — Advisory Board approves minutes, appoints representative to building study committee. The board heard departmental budget pitches ahead of May town meeting: Fire Chief Chris Russo requested $4.6 million in contractual costs including two new full-time positions to reach 31 staff, the highest level since 1991; Police Chief John Dunn reported full staffing with two retiring officers and open positions; and Public Works head Chris Gardner requested one additional staff member. The Community Preservation Committee presented nearly $1.4 million in project recommendations, including $670,000 for Village Park playground and basketball court and $150,000 for a 25-year Paragon Carousel lease.

The board voted unanimously to appoint Moraiba Reyes as its representative to the Public Safety Building Study Committee.
