Hull waterfront study group completes access report. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group, chaired by Scott Taylor with seven members present, presented its final report to the Select Board and Planning Board, which voted to accept it. The group identified waterfront access points in four geographic areas and recommended implementation through stenciling, mapping, safety improvements, and Community Preservation Act funding.
Next steps include ADA upgrades, feasibility studies, and legal reviews for a proposed town Aqua Necklace initiative connecting the access points.
