Hull Community Preservation Committee advances $1.4 million in grants to the 2026 Annual Town Meeting. Committee Chair Tammy Best led votes approving $500,000 for the Community Housing Trust and $570,000 for Village Park Playground and Basketball Court improvements, along with five other projects worth approximately $302,965. Four requests totaling $320,000 were rejected, including two Fort Revere initiatives that fell 1 to 6 due to concerns about Department of Conservation and Resources approval and Design Review Board recommendations, and a $15,510 Council of Aging project that failed 3 to 4 over relocation concerns.
The committee unanimously voted to return $15,609.40 to the general fund.
