HULL — Community Preservation Committee unanimously elects new slate of officers. Nathan Peyton moves to Chair, with Tammy Best as Vice Chair and Rachel Kelly as Treasurer, replacing the previous leadership team. The committee approved a $1,400 administrative services invoice for CPC Administrator Carol Costello and discussed two recreation initiatives: outdoor exercise equipment for seniors at Kenberma and a separate paddle boat and dock concept that would require Board of Selectmen and Hingham Recreation Association coordination.
Committee member Dennis Riley agreed to document concerns about fire station renovation compliance with historic preservation standards.
