DocumentCenter · Meeting of January 27, 2026
Hull Conservation Commission approved investigatory testing for a proposed combined Light plant and DPW facility. The commission voted unanimously to issue a negative determination for seven soil borings and seven test pits at 9 Nantasket Avenue, supporting the town's feasibility study for facility consolidation. In procedural action, the commission issued an order of conditions for a 5-by-15-foot rear addition at 155 Atlantic Avenue for Bill Oliver.
The commission also amended an enforcement order for dune excavation at 169 Beach Avenue, delaying fines until February 11 pending a hearing with Weir River Water Supply and Town Counsel over a property's water main in a protected dune; a restoration plan was due February 10.
