Housing Trust and Committee align on $500K CPC transfer, housing strategy.

HULL — The Hull Municipal Housing Trust and Affordable Housing Committee jointly aligned strategy for a $500,000 Community Preservation Committee transfer pending Town Meeting vote. The Trust approved its prior minutes 3-1 with one abstention; the Committee approved its minutes unanimously with one abstention. Bob Pahl of the Trust and Kate Barclay of the Committee will speak at Town Meeting, with Wellspring President and CEO Vinny Harte as backup.

The Trust will manage funds for property acquisition, site due diligence, and down payment assistance, while the Committee focuses on education and outreach; N Street and the Village site are current priorities, with a donated estate home earmarked for first responders or teachers.
