HULL — Advisory Board completes review of 44 articles ahead of spring town meeting. The Saturday session spanning more than four hours included discussion and editing of Warrant Facsimile commentary covering fiscal operations, capital projects for public safety and infrastructure, community preservation initiatives, zoning amendments, and major facility initiatives including Town Hall relocation and coastal infrastructure work. Seven board members participated: David Clinton, Chad Wolfe, Bob Carney, Robyn Healey, Jason Frady, Moraiba Reyes, and Matt McGonagle.
