Hull Advisory Board reviews FY27 school budget and $800,000 in reserve transfers. Superintendent Michael Jette presented a 3 percent budget increase to maintain existing programs as enrollment declines; salaries represent over 78 percent of the school budget. Finance Director Michael Buckley outlined $100,000 transfers to each of eight municipal reserve funds, including OPEB and stabilization accounts, while the board reviewed multiple capital articles including $1.3 million for roadway paving on Manomet and Samoset Avenues and $1 million for coastal infrastructure.
Town Clerk Lori West requested a salary increase from $26,000 to $45,000, the first since 2017.
