Hull Advisory Board votes on articles for 2026 Annual Town Meeting warrant. The seven-member board, introducing new member Matt McGonagle, voted recommendations on all 44 warrant articles. The board recommended favorable action on most capital, enterprise fund, and financial items, with no votes cast against any recommendations; most favorable votes carried 6-0-1 tallies.

The board voted unfavorable action on five articles, including those proposing recording and remote access to public meetings. Nine articles received no formal action. Stephen Kiley was absent from the meeting.
