Hull Affordable Housing Committee charts strategy for town property development

Hull Affordable Housing Committee eyes two town parcels for May town meeting. The committee, chaired by Kate Barclay, identified the N Street parcel at Nantasket Avenue and land adjacent to St. Nicholas Church on Spring Street as potential sites for affordable housing development.
Committee member Irwin Nesoff provided information to town attorneys and requested recommended action for Annual Town Meeting. The committee will formalize its recommendations to the Select Board at its February 10 meeting and will prioritize Community Preservation Act funding to the Hull Community Housing Trust.
