Hull Affordable Housing Trust receives $500,000 CPC approval; May Town Meeting vote required. The Trust learned of a resident donation via will prioritizing first responders and teachers, and heard Donna Thompson, Land Use and Development Coordinator for the Town of Hingham, detail that town's 19-year-old trust model: lottery-managed affordable-housing purchases, a 60-unit town-owned apartment complex requiring $2 million in repairs, and emphasis on smaller condos given high housing costs.
