DocumentCenter · Meeting of January 28, 2026

HULL — The Hull Planning Board approves three conditions for 120 Nantasket Ave condominium project. In four near-unanimous votes, the board signed off on three conditions required at project inception: uniform window dressing on the front facade, restricted balcony furnishings, and Building Commissioner sign-off on site plan compliance. Member Cindy Borges abstained throughout.

Chair Jeanne Paquin flagged landscaping and exterior elevation concerns, requesting the Planners' Office draft a letter to the Building Commissioner regarding landscaping, pool decks, and bike parking.
