Hull Conservation Commission delays enforcement fines, amends dune-protection order
DocumentCenter · Meeting of January 26, 2027
Hull Conservation Commission amended an enforcement order at 169 Beach Ave, delaying daily fines until February 11 to allow Weir River Water Supply and town counsel to address an underground water-main issue in a protected dune zone. Administrator Ian MacDonald said the town is investigating a combined Light Plant and DPW facility at the current DPW location on Nantasket Ave, with seven soil borings and test pits planned outside delineated wetlands; the commission issued a negative determination with conditions. A 5-by-15-foot addition at 155 Atlantic Ave advanced to an order of conditions with Chapter 91 licensing required.
Members present were Paul Paquin, Sam Campbell, Danielle Dolan, and Paul Wilson.
