Hull Conservation Commission issues determinations and orders on five waterfront and wetlands projects. Applicants at 49 P Street and 56 Central Ave. received negative determinations with conditions including plan annotations, three-foot property buffers, and restrictions on stone dust and non-pervious materials; at 51 Beach Ave., a positive determination was granted for paver and turf work. Kenneth Morgan's 791 Nantasket Ave. project — a FEMA-compliant addition, deck, and generator installation in a coastal flood zone — and Nancy Bergdoll's 286 Kingsley Road addition each received orders of conditions.
Two applications, including a driveway at 48 Western Ave. and a residence at 103 Rockaway Ave., were continued to June 9, 2026.
