Hull Planning Board votes four zoning amendments forward to May Town Meeting. Chair Jeanne Paquin led the March 11 public hearing on proposals affecting flexible plan development, the Nantasket Beach Overlay District, non-conforming residential uses, and commercial recreation museums; Member Cindy Borges voted against the flexible plan amendment, which passed five to one, while the three remaining amendments passed unanimously. Director Chris Dilorio will distribute draft language to the board for proofreading before submission to the Town Clerk's office.
Member Abby Rose Klieman was unanimously appointed as the Planning Board's Metropolitan Area Planning Council liaison.
