Hull Planning Board continues hearing on nine-unit Nantasket Avenue residential project. The Point Nantasket Realty LLC presented revised site plans for the approximately 3.28-acre property, including redesigned public pavilion facilities and revised parking layouts. The board voted unanimously to investigate the Building Commissioner's single-building determination and consider hiring outside legal counsel, rejecting the applicant's assertion that the Planning Board has no role in zoning determinations.

Member Cindy Borges resigned, citing systemic process failures and lack of transparency in town administrative support. The continued hearing is scheduled for May 14, 2026.
