Hull Public Safety Building Committee approves operating rules, sets outreach strategy.

Hull Public Safety Building Committee unanimously adopts operating rules and establishes monthly meeting schedule. Chair Nick Russo's nine-member panel, which includes Town Manager Jen Constable and Fire Chief Chris Russo, approved formal regulations governing membership, voting, and ethics. The committee directed Constable to create a centralized landing page with fact sheets and FAQ guidance before a May 4 town meeting presentation on the public safety facility project.

Site tours of Police and Fire Departments will proceed with consultant KBA, and both departments will present existing conditions assessments at the April 27 meeting.
