Hull records 11 property transfers in August, but only five reveal a sale price
Eleven property transfers were recorded in Hull between July 31 and August 29, but only five listed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $470 to $875, with a median of $630. The top disclosed sale was 28 Western Ave at $875, sold by a family trust to Emily Saforrian. Six of the 11 transfers, including several between family members transferring property into their own trusts, carried no disclosed price. With most transactions lacking pricing data, the available figures offer only a partial picture of Hull's August market.
