Hull Records Ten Deed Transfers In July, Half Without Disclosed Price

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Hull between July 3 and Aug. 1. Five listed a sale price, ranging from $692 at 10 Newton St. to $925 at 145 Nantasket Ave., with a median of $745 among the disclosed sales. The period's highest recorded transaction was the $925 sale of 145 Nantasket Ave., from Frenkie LLC to Flames LLC on July 8. Half the recorded deeds did not disclose a price, and four transactions showed matching names or trustees on both sides of the transfer. With price data missing for half the period's sales, the available figures aren't sufficient to characterize the market as active or quiet.
