Hull Records Ten Property Deeds, But Most Skip Sale Price

Hull recorded 10 property deed transfers between July 17 and August 15, but only three disclosed a sale price: $375, $785 and $850, with $785 as the median. The period's top disclosed sale was 26 Manomet Ave. at $850. Six of the 10 transfers were between family members with the same surname on both sides, most involving a shift into a personal trust rather than an open-market sale, which limits how much the available pricing data reflects broader market conditions. Manomet Avenue and Atlantic Avenue each saw two transfers. No bed, bath or square-footage data was available for any property.
