Hull Waterfront Access Group Elects Taylor Chair, Studies Three Sites

HULL — Waterfront access study group launches in Hull; Taylor elected chair. The seven-member Waterfront Access Study Working Group held its inaugural July 22 meeting, electing Scott Taylor as chair and Jason McCann as vice chair unanimously. Consultants from Woods Hole Group recommended three public access sites for study: Circuit Avenue, Priscilla Way, and Spring Street North.

The group discussed ADA compliance, signage, and community engagement strategies, with Associate Town Planner Matt O'Sullivan noting the project should wrap by late September or early October.
