Hull waterfront group sets public access marking timeline
DocumentCenter · Meeting of April 1, 2026
Hull waterfront access study establishes timeline for comprehensive public access plan. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group, led by Chair Scott Taylor, unanimously agreed to identify public access points with stencil markings and commissioned Jason McCann and David Kellem to produce a combined narrative report by April 17. Associate Planner Matt O'Sullivan is developing a suggestion spreadsheet for stencil locations while the group integrates the Aqua Necklace concept with existing kayak and cycling initiatives.
The committee will review the complete narrative at its April 24 meeting.
