HULL — Light Board voted unanimously to establish a subcommittee on the 15 Edgewater Road feasibility study. Commissioners Tom Burns and Jacob M. Vaillancourt were tasked with developing a refined scope of work within a $110,000 budget, set to report to the full Board by October 15.
The subcommittee represented Board opposition to Town Manager Jennifer Constable's plan to relocate the Plant to a joint facility as part of a CZM Coastal Resilience Grant phase 4 award; the Board cited cost and flood-risk concerns. The Board also discussed the award of three electric vehicle charging stations at no cost and reviewed battery storage project progress.
