Most of Hull's August property transfers stayed within the family
Hull recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $335 to $962, with a median of $779 among those three. The month's top disclosed sale was 17 Sagamore Terrace at $962, sold by Evan L. Krometis Jr. to Sarah L. Stoner and Kevin A. Coughlin. Six of the 11 transfers, including two on Atlantic Avenue, moved property within the same family or into a family trust, and none of those six disclosed a price. No deeds were recorded after Aug. 24 through the end of the period.
