HULL — Planning Board approves ANR for 687 Nantasket Ave and appoints committee member. The board unanimously endorsed the Approval Not Required application for the business-zoned property, allowing formalization of a ten-year land arrangement, and voted unanimously to appoint Sara Ventetuolo to a vacant seat on the Zoning Bylaw Committee. Director Chris Dilorio reported that an updated official town map will go before the 2026 Town Meeting.
The board scheduled a January 21 Zoom meeting at 7 p.m. to review height and unit density comparisons across zoning scenarios as deliberations on the Flexible Plan Development continue.
