Hull Planning Board advances Flexible Plan Development to Town Meeting. The board unanimously approved placeholder language for the plan and sent it to the Select Board and Zoning Bylaw Committee for review, accepting a proposal by board member Nathan Peyton to reduce the maximum building footprint from 2,500 to 1,600 square feet. The Planning Board also voted 6 to 0, with 1 abstention, to hire Chessia Consulting Services for a storm water engineering study of a proposed mixed-use development at 839, 843, and 845 Nantasket Avenue and scheduled a public hearing on the site plan for February 25.
