HULL — Planning Board approves prior minutes and addresses Master Plan review concerns. A subcommittee led by Vice Chair Abby Rose Klieman identified multiple factual discrepancies in the Phase One report from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, including errors in data on open space, town land percentages, and documentation; the board requested Director of Community Development and Planning Chris DiIorio provide budget accounting and asked Town Counsel to clarify contractual obligations to MAPC for Phase Two. The board reached consensus that public hearings will generally be held in person and regular meetings by Zoom, with recordings to be posted to the Planning Board webpage.
