HULL — Planning Board votes on six zoning amendments for Town Meeting, advancing four to the Select Board. Chair Jeanne Paquin and the board unanimously approved revisions to the Nantasket Beach Overlay District reducing building length limits to 60 feet and refining open space definitions, and voted 6-1 to add museums to Commercial Recreation Zones B and C pending clarification of "places of assembly." A 5-2 motion advanced the 5-15 Rule repeal to the Select Board, while an appurtenances amendment failed 2-5 for lack of detail. The board scheduled public hearings for March 11, with a possible extra meeting March 18, and voted 6-0-1 to hire Chessia Consulting Services LLC for engineering peer review of the 839, 843, 845 Nantasket Avenue project.
