Planning Board continues Point Nantasket site plan review

Hull Planning Board continues site plan review for proposed Point residential development. Planning Board Chair Jeanne Paquin directed applicants to address concerns from the Design Review Board and town engineer regarding site design, stormwater management, public access, and parking. The Point Nantasket Realty LLC has proposed nine townhouse units and a pavilion on 3.28 acres at 839-845 Nantasket Avenue.

Board members voted unanimously to continue the hearing to May 19, signaling the project is moving in an acceptable direction pending resolution of remaining conditions.
