Planning Board · Meeting of February 25, 2026

HULL — Planning Board defers Nantasket Avenue Site Plan hearing and meets with Master Plan consultant. The board voted 6-1-0 to accept its 2025 Annual Report, with member Abby Rose Klieman voting against due to inadequate review time. Chris Dilorio, Director of Community Development and Planning, rescheduled the public hearing for a proposed nine-unit residential development at 839, 843, 845 Nantasket Avenue to March 18, 2026, to ensure full board presence.

The board met with MAPC representatives to discuss Phase Two of Hull's Master Plan, focusing on defining roles between the Planning Board, the Master Plan Steering Committee, and MAPC consultants; Chair Jeanne Paquin requested a volunteer to serve as Steering Committee liaison with an alternate.
