HULL — Planning Board defers reorganization pending full membership and schedules joint review sessions with Zoning Bylaw Committee on proposed amendments. Acting Chair Meghan Reilly convened the June 10 meeting with four of six members present, postponing officer elections and committee assignments to allow absent members Abby Rose Klieman and Nathan Peyton to participate. The board agreed to compile potential zoning amendments for referral to the Zoning Bylaw Committee — including site plan review requirements, vacant property bylaws, density standards, and tree preservation ordinances — rather than submitting items piecemeal.

Director Chris DiIorio reported the Master Plan Phase One cost approximately 90,000 dollars and is paid in full; Phase Two is estimated at 90,000 dollars and will be funded through a Technical Assistance Program grant, outside matching funds, and FY25 capital budget approval.
