HULL — Planning Board denies Nantasket Avenue residential development citing insufficient information. The board voted unanimously to reject The Point Nantasket Realty LLC's application for nine townhouse units, an accessory pavilion, and covered parking structures on a 3.28-acre site at 839, 843, and 845 Nantasket Avenue, after Vice Chair Abby Rose Klieman and members found the applicant had not adequately responded to repeated requests for clarification and supporting materials. The Design Review Board had voted unanimously the prior evening to recommend denial, citing incomplete information and design concerns.
The applicant had requested a continuance to May 27 but did not attend the hearing.
