Hull Planning Board unanimously denies Point Nantasket site plan review application. The board voted 5-0 to reject the proposal for a nine-unit townhouse complex totaling approximately 17,436 square feet on 3.28 acres at 839, 845, and 843 Nantasket Ave, with Chair Jeanne Paquin, Abby Klieman, Chandelle Schulte, Cindy Borges, and Meghan Peyton voting to deny. Board member Klieman moved denial citing insufficient information under the zoning bylaw; the applicant did not attend and had requested a continuance to May 27, 2026.

The Design Review Board had voted unanimously the prior evening to recommend denial based on incomplete information and non-compliance with design standards.
