HULL — Public Safety Building Committee endorses Article 25 facility measure. The Hull panel unanimously backed the article after presentations by Police Department representative Steve Glavin and Fire Department representative Bill Frazier detailing hazardous conditions in the Police Station basement at Town Hall and the 1909 Fire Station, including mold, water damage, inadequate fire safety equipment, staffing shortfalls, and response-time challenges.
