Retirement Board · Meeting of February 24, 2026

Hull Retirement Board reconvenes after weather delay, approves February operations. The Board, meeting on February 25 after postponing from February 24 due to inclement weather and a state travel ban, unanimously approved the February Bill Warrant and Payroll Warrant and authorized Ex-Officio member J. Michael Buckley to liquidate $525,000 from PRIT to fund the payroll.

Four new employees were enrolled: Paul Abbondanza and David Whelan as Junior Custodians in the School Department, Robert Wholley as a Firefighter with a prior-service transfer request to the State Board of Retirement, and Sean McMullen as an HMEO with the Department of Public Works. The Board noted strong investment returns and scheduled a Cost of Living Adjustment public hearing for March 17, 2026.
