Hull Select Board approves gavel purchase, restoration license, and beach appraisal. The board unanimously authorized a license agreement for Karl Bouldoukian's Summer Wind Irrevocable Trust to perform restoration work on the former railroad bed adjacent to 9 Manomet Avenue, and directed Town Counsel Brian Winner to commission an appraisal of James Avenue Beach property following Town Meeting's approval of eminent domain acquisition. Town Accountant Michael Buckley reported free cash has grown to more than four million dollars over five years, pension funding improved to 89 percent, and Hull maintains an AA credit rating sustained for 10 to 12 years.
