Chair Irwin Nesoff and Town Manager Jennifer Constable also heard from project managers Brian LaRoche of PCA360 and Jeremy Tobin of BH+A on the ongoing Memorial Middle School town hall relocation, with cost estimates expected within weeks. Constable presented a balanced Fiscal Year 2027 budget ahead of Town Meeting approval in May, highlighting expanded IT support, added veterans office service, and robust financial reserves.
The Board received ten citizen petitions for the warrant and voted unanimously to enter executive session to discuss real property valuation at Steamboat Wharf Marina and town manager contract negotiations.
