HULL — Select Board approves $50K opioid recovery grant to community wellness center. Town Manager Jennifer Constable reported Hull has received $273,000 in Opioid Settlement Funds; the board unanimously awarded $50,000 to The Anchor of Hull for expanded recovery services including art therapy, coaching, and direct assistance through the Kory and Kyle Fund. The Opioid Task Force Committee, active since late 2024, has distributed Recovery Bags with Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and sharps containers to public locations including the Library and Police Department.
The board also unanimously voted to establish monthly Select Board Office Hours with rotating two-member attendance, designed to allow residents to raise questions outside formal meeting sessions.
