Select Board approves Town Hall relocation project budget request for annual meeting

Hull Select Board unanimously backs $4 million additional appropriation for Town Hall relocation project. Town Manager Jennifer Constable and Owners' Project Managers Greg Walsh and Brian LaRoche presented the updated budget, bringing the total to approximately $7.36 million, and explained that the preferred option includes a variable refrigerant flow air conditioning system for office areas, reserved community space, and a 10 percent construction contingency. The board also unanimously approved a 75-car parking lot at 0 Water Street operated by Coastal Marine Properties LLC, reappointed Catherine Mahoney to the Board of Registrars, and granted a One Day Entertainment License to Pamela Coffman for Hull PorchFest on September 19, pending Police and Fire approvals.
