Trust and Family Transfers Dominate Hull's Recorded Deeds in August

Nine property transfers were recorded in Hull between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three listed a disclosed sale price: $779 for 9 C St., $608 for 36 Whitehead Ave., and $500 for 22 Wyola Rd., a range that produced a $608 median among disclosed sales. The other six recordings, at Warren Street, Clifton Avenue, K Street, Atlantic Avenue, J Street and Holbrook Avenue, carried no disclosed price and mostly involved family members transferring property to themselves as trustees. With most transfers lacking price data and few resembling open-market sales, the period's records offer limited insight into broader home values in town.
