Waterfront access committee launches prioritization study

DocumentCenter · Meeting of April 1, 2026

Hull waterfront access committee launches prioritization study. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group, chaired by Scott Taylor and including town planner Chris Diiorio, convened to develop a prioritization framework for waterfront access points to guide future investment. The committee, working with consultants Mitchell Buck and Lindsay Pisapio of the Woods Hole Group, approved a two-phase approach of prioritization followed by cost-benefit analysis.

A subcommittee comprising Danielle Dolan, David Kellem, Jason McCann, and Chris Diiorio will develop prioritization criteria based on safety, utilization, type of use, and density, while the full committee will conduct a community survey and site visits to evaluate approximately 25 locations. The next meeting is scheduled for September 9th.
