Waterfront access group backs combined report on town access points

Hull waterfront access group backs merged report framework. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group agreed to merge its locally-sourced waterfront access recommendations with data-driven picks from the Woods Hole Group, creating a framework to guide future town spending through the Community Preservation Act Committee and Select Board. Chair Scott Taylor's eight-member working group emphasized their report captures community engagement and local knowledge the Woods Hole analysis did not possess.
Vice Chair David Kellem said the combined reports will form a "valuable toolbox for future decision-making," with the group agreeing to include rankings in a summary section to satisfy the need to incorporate both community input and research findings.
