Waterfront access study group advances survey findings

Hull waterfront access study group advances comprehensive survey of 160 access points. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group met November 25 to review Woods Hole Group's survey findings, which included 113 community responses identifying beach stairs, seawall access, and kayak access as top priorities. Associate Planner Matt O'Sullivan noted that Alphabets, Hull Village, and Pemberton Point emerged as the most important sites.
The group agreed to consolidate data, remove unpermitted points, create ownership-based categorization keys, and plan a focus group to validate findings before the final report. The community survey continues through December 15.
