HULL — Waterfront Access Study Working Group votes unanimously to adopt interim meeting summary. Associate Town Planner Matt O'Sullivan and Woods Hole Group consultants Mitchell Buck and Lindsay Pisapio presented a five-point scoring system for access sites based on remediation effort, use volume, and multiple uses. Field work completed July 9 identified the Circuit Street access point as a liability requiring immediate closure and U Street pier as deteriorated, while Green Hill was highlighted as a well-maintained example of public-private cooperation.
Geographic information system mapping captured access characteristics including distance, path type, stairs, ADA accessibility, and type of access across sites.
