Hull's waterfront access study group identifies five priority sites for public access improvement. The Waterfront Access Study Working Group, with six members present including Chair Scott Taylor and Vice Chair David Kellem, prioritized the former Boy Scout canoe launch, Western Ave Stairs, James Ave Landing, Bradford Ave stairs, and Barnstable Street access. The committee agreed to submit recommendations to the Woods Hole Group and proposed a "Sapphire Necklace" concept for enhanced waterfront access connectivity.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 3rd, when the Woods Hole Group will present an updated evaluation matrix.
