Waterfront working group accepts consultant study, plans community input process

DocumentCenter · Meeting of April 1, 2026

Hull Waterfront Access Study Working Group accepts consultant assessment of 25 sites. The committee voted to accept Woods Hole Consultants' revised draft report, which ranked access sites using weighted scoring based on accessibility and use variety. Present were Chair Scott Taylor, Vice Chair David Kellem, Jason McCann, Susan Green, and Danielle Dolan.

The committee agreed to use the consultant report as one of three information sources—alongside community survey data and small team site visits—to develop final recommendations, with David Kellem and Jason McCann assigned to coordinate the narrative section.
