HULL — Zoning Bylaw Committee advances Nantasket Beach Overlay District amendments to Planning Board. Chair Bartley Kelly and members approved revisions addressing building massing and wall effects, with the 80-foot length limit now applying to any building facade instead of solely the front. The committee recommended requiring site plans and elevations for projects and nearby properties within 50 feet, aligning open space definitions with concurrent Flexible Plan Development work, and expanding permitted uses to include museums and places of assembly across Commercial Recreation districts.
The motion to present the markup passed unanimously.
