Waterfront Access Working Group Advances Community Survey

DocumentCenter · Meeting of April 1, 2026

Hull's Waterfront Access Study Working Group finalized details on a draft community survey to gather resident input on waterfront access sites and types. Vice-Chair Jason McCann chaired in the absence of Chair Scott Taylor, with members Lisa Thornton, Jeanne Paquin, Danielle Dolan, Scott Plympton, David Kellem, and Susan Green present. Associate Planner Matt O'Sullivan presented the survey and the group debated format options including ranking versus multiple-choice questions, distribution scope, and the inclusion of mobility considerations.

Members must submit feedback by October 29, with the working group aiming to finalize and distribute the survey before Thanksgiving and reconvene November 4.
