Historic District Commission · Meeting of August 6, 2026

Hull Historic District Commission approves residential renovation projects. Vice Chair Bob Pezzini and members Bruce Edgren, Don Ritz, and Tristan Houlihan met remotely to review kitchen, porch, and window work. The 30 Highland Avenue kitchen addition passed unanimously, as did 9 Gallops Hill porch replacement contingent on window detail matching.

At 22 Main Street, the commission approved a 19-revision renovation project including window and door modifications despite commission concern about removal of distinctive window hoods. A fifth project at 19 Gallops Hill was circulated for review without a recorded vote.
