Hull Historic District Commission elects new officers and approves window-preservation letter. Julia Parker was elected Chair, Bob Pezzini Vice Chair, and Bruce Miller Clerk, all unanimously. The commission approved a letter of support for Mike Sullivan's reuse of historic windows and doors at 105 Highland Avenue.

The commission also reviewed a preliminary design by Bob Pahl for a kitchen addition at 30 Highland Avenue and scheduled a public hearing for August 6, 2026, to address zoning variance requirements for the project.
